Kettlebell in the living room, ten minutes, before dinner

Curious what everyone's doing for movement today, because mine was small and I'm counting it anyway.

I've been doing ten minutes with a 15-pound kettlebell in the living room right before I start cooking — swings and squats, nothing fancy, no gym, no app. It started as a "just do something" experiment after work kept swallowing my evenings. Tonight I got through the whole thing without setting it down once, which absolutely would not have happened a couple months ago.

The unexpected part: I'm noticeably less interested in my afternoon snack on the days I do it. Not a rule, just a pattern I keep seeing in my notes.

So what's on your plate today, movement-wise? Walks, stretching, yard work, chasing a toddler, deliberate rest day? I genuinely like hearing the small stuff — it keeps me from overcomplicating mine.
