Two hours at the museum and I never scanned for a bench

Tbh i’m a daily weigher. I log it, shrug at the usual trend noise, then get on with my day.

This morning the scale was up 0.6 lb from yesterday — normal, I know. But yesterday I spent two hours at a museum with out-of-town friends.

Usually I’d be mentally mapping benches, timing a sit-down, pretending to study a placard. This time I didn’t think about it until we were in the car.

My legs were tired, but not that heavy, shaky tired. That was the win. The number has been flat-ish this week, and I honestly don’t care.

Anyone else have a non-scale moment sneak up and mean more than the trend line?
