112 pounds down and the scale is stonewalling me

I'm 112 pounds down over about 19 months, which still feels fake to type. But since February I've been bouncing between 183 and 186, and the scale is acting like we've never met. I lift three times a week, walk after dinner, hit protein at breakfast, and sleep is decent.

Waist tape moved a little, so I know something is happening, but the number is stubborn. I'm not throwing in the towel; I'm just tired of the daily coin flip. For anyone who crawled through a long flat stretch: what actually helped you keep going?

Sleep, steps, changing up meals, or just time? I'm not looking for dosing advice, just honest experience.
