My hotel-room snack drawer got a tiny upgrade

I’m on the road most weeks, so my food plan is less meal prep and more scavenger hunt. Current system: Greek yogurt from the corner store, a bag of baby carrots, and one decent protein bar in my laptop bag.

I’m down 44 pounds in 11 months, which still surprises me because hotel breakfast is basically my Tuesday ritual. The funny part is that my appetite has gone quiet enough that I can walk past the lobby cookies without a full internal debate.

Still working on drinking enough water on travel days. What’s your weirdest hotel-room meal that actually worked?
