Twelve months at goal and my routines got quieter

My goal-weight anniversary came and went without me noticing. I only caught it because a refill reminder landed on a date that didn't match anything else on my calendar.

What's actually different is smaller than I expected. During the loss phase I planned every dinner on Sunday and weighed chicken to the gram.

Now I cook the same handful of meals, roughly, and the portions land close enough. I still weigh myself Sunday mornings and write the number on the kitchen calendar, but the writing is more routine than verdict.

The part I didn't see coming: maintenance asks different questions. Back then I was solving for how to keep going. Now it's how to keep this boring enough to last. Boring turned out to be the whole point.

Anyone else past the one-year mark notice the daily stuff getting quieter rather than more disciplined? I'm curious what shrank for you and what you deliberately kept.
