My prescriber floated a switch and I want the unglamorous details

Not looking for anyone to tell me what to do — my clinician and I are talking it through. But I'm curious what the switch actually felt like for people who've done it.

I've been on the same medication for about a year and a half, and the two things I care most about keeping are my after-dinner walk (usually 25 minutes, sometimes just to the corner and back) and my Sunday batch-cook thing with my sister. Did those habits survive a med change, or did the whole rhythm reset?

Also — how did you know the new one was working for you versus just being different? I'd love to hear the small stuff: sleep, mood, how food tasted, whether the quiet in your head showed up at the same time of day. Anything you'd tell a friend who's nervous about rocking a routine that's clicking?
