I still record weight weekly, but the metric I actually act on is sleep latency. Baseline was 35-40 minutes; last 14 nights it's 20-25.
Same for a 9-minute walk: I used to need a pause at the top of my street's hill, now I don't. Appetite is quieter, but that's not why I'm calling this a win.
The behavioral data changed before the mass data did. Anyone else tracking a non-weight endpoint that shifts their decisions, or are you just collecting numbers?
