Was on 80 units of insulin daily. After 17 months on tirz, my insulin sensitivity improved so much my doctor reduced me to 20 units. HOMA-IR went from 6.0 to 2.0. My doctor said this is the best response he's seen. Is this typical? Anyone else been able to reduce insulin significantly?

I switched from sema to tirz about 3 months ago. Big improvement in appetite suppression and fewer side effects. Down 41 lbs since switching. Everyone's different but for me it was the right call.
Same here! I had the exact same experience at 7.5mg. The nausea peaked around week 3 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
