Just saw the FDA is stepping up screening of imported GLP-1 medications due to counterfeits. This mainly affects people buying from overseas sources. The FDA flagged several counterfeit batches of Ozempic in the US supply chain. Anyone concerned about this? For those using research-grade peptides, does this change anything?

I had the same issue with injection site welts. Started rotating more systematically — 8 sites (4 stomach, 4 thigh) and track which one I use each week. Welts disappeared completely.

This is so relatable. I'm on week 1 and feeling the same way. The food noise disappearing was the most surprising part for me too. I didn't even know I had it until it was gone.

Following because I'm in the same boat. Week 23, 2.5mg, and the plateau is real. I'm trying to be patient but it's frustrating.

I could have written this post. Down 54 lbs in a similar timeframe. The mental shift is bigger than the physical one, honestly. I feel like a different person.

I've been at 12.5mg for 23 months now. The jump from 2.5 to 12.5 was noticeable — more appetite suppression but also more nausea for the first two weeks. It settled down after that. I'd say go for it if you're stalling at the current dose.
