Compounding status for BPC-157: what should I actually read?

Tbh i’m eight months into a GLP-1 and mostly trying not to chase every shiny add-on, so the recent BPC-157 compounding news caught my eye for the wrong reasons. I keep seeing screenshots of a vote and hot takes, but not the actual briefing document or the vote breakdown. If you’ve read the primary source, what was the core argument? I’m trying to understand whether this is mainly about safety data gaps, pharmacy rules, or a specific injury-healing claim that got oversold. My only personal hook is a cranky shoulder that has me tempted by the hype, but “still available” isn’t the same as “works.” Where are people finding the real documents, and what changed in practice for compounding access, if anything?

For what it's worth, i went straight to the FDA’s PCAC meeting materials for the BPC-157 item rather than the screenshots. The briefing document framed the question as whether there is adequate evidence of safety and a legitimate compounding need, not whether people anecdotally like it. The vote breakdown and the committee’s discussion of missing human data were more useful than any hot take. I keep a simple weekly average of weight, sleep, and side effects, and I’m not adding anything new until I can read the primary source myself. Did you find the final vote tally or transcript? I’d love to see the dissenting comments.
