I made a spreadsheet for peptide hype and it mostly says wait

Not ranking compounds. I graded everything in my feed by evidence quality, cost, disruption to my tirzepatide routine, and whether it solves a problem I actually have. Current scoreboard: GLP-1 is doing its job. Sleep, protein, and 8k steps are boring but load-bearing. Peptide threads are high noise, low signal, and weirdly confident for having no denominator. I’m 23 weeks in, down 31 lbs, and my only real optimization win was moving my walk to before breakfast because evening me is unreliable. Curious if anyone else keeps a 'not yet' column, or do you just go with vibes and a credit card?

The column I’d add is “can I tell it apart from a bad week?” I track weekly averages for waist, resting HR, and whether I hit my step/protein floors, not daily vibes. The only changes that survived that filter were a 10-minute walk after dinner and eating protein earlier in the day. Everything else got swallowed by normal noise. In the trials I’ve skimmed, a lot of peptide stuff looks like small average effects, not “I can feel it” effects. How are you scoring disruption — shot-day appetite weirdness, sleep, or just adding another variable you can’t isolate?
