I rebuilt my whole tracking sheet on a Sunday and the rolling average finally told me the truth about my weekends

Spent most of Sunday afternoon rebuilding the formulas in my tracking sheet because the old version was averaging weight entries logged at wildly different times of day. New sheet splits weekday from weekend.

Result: Monday through Friday my average drifts down about 0.3 lb a week, and then Saturday and Sunday hand roughly half of it back. Forty-one days of data, nothing dramatic, just the pattern sitting there in two neat columns.

The part that annoyed me is that my calorie column barely moves on weekends. It's sodium and restaurant food.

Two dinners out, both salty, and I pop up about 1.5 lb by Sunday morning, then it drains out by Tuesday. So the whole weekend effect isn't really intake, it's water and timing, which my old single-line chart was hiding.

I'm not changing anything yet. I just wanted the graph to stop lying to me, and now it mostly doesn't. Does anyone else run separate weekday and weekend averages, or am I just overengineering a spreadsheet that already worked fine?
