Major nose surgery, slow healing, and peptide curiosity

I’m 11 days out from a bigger septorhinoplasty than I expected, and my face is still swollen enough that I’m living in ice packs. My surgeon likes how things look structurally, but I’m a notoriously slow healer — bruises linger, incisions get grumpy. I’m still on my GLP-1 and appetite is quiet, so protein and fluids have been my main job. Small win: I hit 85g protein two days in a row without forcing shakes. The peptide chatter keeps popping into my feed and I get why, but I don’t want to mess with recovery while my nose is literally rebuilding. Has anyone asked their surgical team about peptides for healing, or did you stick with sleep, protein, and gentle movement? I’m not looking for dosing — just want to know how you kept patience when your body took the scenic route.
