Two kids, sports practice, and dinner that’s more chaos than cuisine. My 12-year-old follows my account and asked why I don’t post more alpha stuff—lifting, shirt off, whatever. I told him the flex is that I packed three lunches, did a 25-minute walk while he was at practice, and didn’t faceplant into the leftover mac and cheese at 9 p.m. I’m 22 pounds down over five months, but the snack drawer is still my boss.
