I live out of a carry-on, so most peptide calculators make me laugh. They want vial math; I want to know whether the hotel fridge will fit two Greek yogurts and if lobby coffee counts as breakfast. I made a tiny travel-day sheet: protein packed, water bottles, fiber, grocery proximity, and how late room service dies. Last week I had two hotel changes and one 9 p.m. arrival. The sheet told me to bring three shakes and a bag of turkey jerky. I hit 105g protein, missed water by a mile, and learned that 'continental breakfast' can mean exactly one sad banana. Itβs less science, more luggage Tetris. Anyone else plan around hotel fridges and weird schedules more than numbers?
