My family found out I inject tirz and some of them act like I'm doing something dangerous. 'You don't know the long-term effects!' 'Just eat less and exercise!' If only it were that simple. How do you handle the judgment from people who don't understand?

Same here! I had the exact same experience at 5mg. The nausea peaked around week 26 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
I could have written this post. Down 59 lbs in a similar timeframe. The mental shift is bigger than the physical one, honestly. I feel like a different person.
