For what it's worth, satiety is definitely doing its job for me. Meals that used to vanish now stop around half a plate, and I’m maybe ten weeks into a GLP-1. The weird part is a late-evening craving for creamy tomato sauce, specifically the kind that used to mean vodka sauce and pasta. It’s not stomach hunger. It’s more like a sensory loop: I want the tang and the richness, even when I’m full. In the trials, appetite and reward seem to overlap but not perfectly, and this feels like that gap. I tried a smaller bowl with extra chicken, and the protein didn’t really mute the sauce urge. Is this a cue/habit thing for anyone else, or do certain flavors just cut through the noise? Not looking for rules, just curious what patterns people noticed.
Appetite cues are muted, but one flavor loop isn’t
