I paused my usual routine for about three weeks while the kids passed around a cold and dinners were pure survival mode. This week I went back to it, and here’s my milestone check-in.
Good: I restocked the snack drawer with cut fruit and cheese sticks, and it saved two after-school meltdowns.
Bad: I still did a 9pm cracker raid twice, and my sleep was trash on those nights.
Numbers: logged 10 of 14 days, got 5 actual sit-down dinners, scale is up 1.6 lbs from my last stable week, and I finally returned three pharmacy callbacks.
Trying to treat this as data, not a verdict. Anyone else have a restart list that looks this boring?
