My insurance denied Wegovy so I'm looking at compounded semaglutide through one of the telehealth providers. Pricing is about $300/month. Anyone have experience with the compounded versions? Quality concerns?

I've been on compounded sema from a reputable telehealth provider for 4 months. Down 22 lbs. Just make sure they're using the actual semaglutide base, not a salt form.
The salt form issue (semaglutide sodium/acetate) is real. FDA has flagged some compounding pharmacies for this. Ask for the API source and COA.
