Do oral 'gray' semaglutide capsules actually work?

Seeing more and more 'oral semaglutide' capsules on the gray-market sites and the pitch sounds too good to be true — no needles, same results. My understanding is Rybelsus only works because of a patented absorption enhancer that protects the peptide from stomach acid, and I doubt random capsules replicate that. Two questions for the lab-testing crowd: has anyone actually run one of these through analysis, and if so what was in it? Underdosed, filler, or nothing at all?

I had the same concern. My doctor said the same thing — it's the rapid weight loss, not the drug. Mine stopped after about 21 months once my weight stabilized.

I could have written this post. Down 20 lbs in a similar timeframe. The mental shift is bigger than the physical one, honestly. I feel like a different person.
