I logged refill arrival times and they changed my planning

For the last five GLP-1 refills, I wrote down order date, ship date, arrival date, total cost, and whether the status page moved. Transit times: 3, 7, 4, 9, and 5 days. The two cheapest orders were also the two slowest, by about a week total. One order said in stock, then sat for 48 hours before it actually shipped. That waiting changed how I budget my patience, not just my money. I'd rather pay $24 more and not refresh tracking every morning. Is anyone else comparing shipping lag and stock status the same way they compare price, or am I alone in this?
