My Friday beer became an optimization problem and lost

Since starting a GLP-1, my Friday beer has turned into an optimization problem. Not a moral thing: I track spending, sleep, and resting heart rate, so I tracked drinks too. A six-pack used to last about ten days.

Now it stretches closer to a month, and the second pour usually goes flat in my hand. The craving isn't gone; it just doesn't survive the first few sips. I still like the taste, but the next-morning cost is too obvious, and my watch keeps rewarding the skip nights with better sleep scores.

Annoying, because I wanted a more dramatic explanation. Anyone else seeing less volume but the same initial reach for a drink?
