What do you keep around when supper feels like a chore?

i'm not trying to hit any perfect macros, but some days I look at the plate and my brain just shrugs. Down 31 pounds since the start of the year, and I'm grateful, but supper has turned into a little puzzle. Last night I made a baked potato and ate maybe a third before I got that done feeling. I wrapped the rest and ate it around 9 while watching the news, which is not my favorite habit. Our pharmacy tech said a lot of folks keep easy protein in the fridge, and I'm trying that: Greek yogurt cups, hard-boiled eggs, applesauce pouches. The insurance side finally settled down this month, so no complaints there. What are your no-fuss things when food sounds like static? I'm not looking for a lecture, just real ideas that work in a small-town kitchen.
