Back in the 190s and trying not to spook myself

In 2022 I got down to 204, then drifted back to 236 over about two years. Started again in February. This morning the scale said 198.8.

I didn't cry; I made coffee and logged it. Last time I hit this number I immediately started negotiating with myself about "just a little more room," and it went sideways.

So today: normal breakfast, a 20-minute walk before work, protein at lunch, early bedtime. I'm not throwing confetti. Just putting the number in the spreadsheet and keeping the next 48 hours boring.

For those who've been here twice: what helped you treat a low weight as a Tuesday instead of a finish line?
