Could my 1pm shakiness be glucose, not appetite?

I’m about four months in and generally feel flat-appetite, not shaky. Yesterday I had yogurt at 7:30, got pulled into back-to-back calls, and didn’t eat again until almost 2. Around 12:45 I got clammy, irritable, and weirdly weak. I used an old fingerstick meter: 78, then 104 after a small snack. That doesn’t scream crash to me, but it didn’t feel like plain hunger either. In the trials, these meds can change gastric emptying and glucose-dependent insulin release, so I get why a delayed meal might hit differently. Still, one reading is not a pattern, and I’m not trying to diagnose myself from a forum. For the mechanism-minded folks: do you separate low-ish glucose from just under-eating, dehydration, or the med itself? What do you actually track before you call it a crash?
