I keep a boring note on my phone: order date, ship date, arrival date, price, and whether it was actually in stock. Fourteen months of GLP-1, seven refills, and my average has been 6 days from order to doorstep. Best was 3, worst was 11 after a backorder. Last month I got slammed at work and quit updating it. Now I’ve got three unlabeled receipts in my email and no clue which one was the $40 cheaper fill. I’m not out here claiming spreadsheet magic, but that little log kept me from panic-ordering when I saw a price bump. I’m rebuilding it this weekend, maybe adding a column for “did I actually need it yet?” Anyone else track refill timing and cost, or do you just order and forget?
