I walked the whole river loop, then picked up my refill without a fuss

Small win from my Tuesday: I did the full 3.1-mile river loop behind the grain elevator without stopping to sit on the bench halfway. My plan was just to walk to the corner and back, but the weather was mild and the podcast was good, so I kept going.

Took me 52 minutes, which is slow, but my knees didn’t complain and I wasn’t winded at the top of the little bridge.

Afterward I swung by the pharmacy for my refill. The tech said my insurance had already approved it, so no phone calls or surprise price at the counter. I came home, drank a cold water, and put the receipt on the fridge.

It felt like a normal person errand instead of a whole production. What’s a small everyday win you’ve had this week?
