Joy isn't cheating...

Saw a clip this morning where a dietitian said people on GLP-1s often cut every favorite food, then burn out and rebound. I'm 14 months in, flat at 172 for about 5 weeks, and I've been treating a slice of my mom's banana bread like contraband. That's dumb.

Last night I had one slice, logged it, and didn't spiral. I actually felt less snacky after, which is weirdly annoying because I white-knuckled around it for months.

For me the win isn't a free-for-all, it's keeping two or three enjoyable things in rotation instead of pretending they don't exist. Curious whether you've seen that headline/video too, and whether letting a favorite food back in helped your plateau or just made the mental load lighter?
