My 3 a.m. lunchbox did more than motivation

Last April I made a boring call: pack food for night shift instead of hitting the vending machine at 3 a.m. I work 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. No big speech. No before photo. One year later, down 58 lb. The med helped, but the lunchbox did a lot. I keep a 32 oz water bottle at my station and frozen edamame in the break room freezer. Dinner is at 4 a.m. and it's not cute. Most nights I still want chips. I just don't keep them in the building. Nothing dramatic happened. The scale moved slow. My sleep is still weird. But I stopped treating 3 a.m. hunger like an emergency. What small habit held up for you after the first few months?
