i’m not a spreadsheet person, so my whole system is a 3x5 card clipped inside the kitchen cupboard. Four columns: date, what the pharmacy said, what the insurance line said, and the next call date.
I also jot the pharmacy’s Saturday hours because ours closes early and I forget every single time. Last month the card caught a gap — my refill was still four days out and the insurance message had a different date than the label, so I called on a Tuesday instead of making a wasted trip.
It’s low-tech and a little smudgy, but it keeps me from relying on memory when I’m already juggling wok and groceries. Anyone else use a paper backup for pharmacy stuff?
