My repeat-meal file is doing the quiet work...

The tool is embarrassingly simple: a plain text file called repeat-meals with seven breakfasts, six lunches, and five dinners I already know I can make without thinking. I pick from it on Sunday, build one grocery list by aisle, and leave it open on my phone.

After three weeks I’ve stopped doing the 8pm pantry stare, and my weekday lunches are actually packed the night before. It doesn’t track calories or judge anything; it just removes one decision.

Curious whether anyone else keeps a short menu bank instead of a full meal plan?
