Posting here feels less lonely than my private notes

I keep a note on my phone called "body signals," and it's mostly things I'd never say aloud: "stomach quiet after breakfast," "hunger came at noon, not 3 p.m.," "shoulders less tight." I've been on a GLP-1 for five months, and the odd part is that food thoughts softened before the people-pleasing noise did. Family comments still echo. Last night I typed a long post here, deleted it twice, then sent a shorter one. Waking up to a few kind replies made the day feel less solo. Not asking for a fix, just wondering if anyone else feels steadier after putting the messy middle into words here. If so, what do you usually share: wins, worries, or random observations?
