Anyone else get right-upper-quadrant pressure after fattier meals on this class of drug? I’m down 41 lb since January, mostly steady, but the last month I’ve had intermittent RUQ discomfort radiating toward my right scapula, plus nausea after a burger.
PCP ordered labs and an ultrasound; no stones, some sludge, and we’re watching it. I don’t want to overread every twinge, but the pattern is consistent enough that I started a symptom log with timing, fat content, and pain score.
For those who’ve dealt with gallbladder stuff during loss: did your symptoms track with rapid-loss phases, higher-fat meals, or something else? Trying to separate signal from noise before my follow-up.
