The checkup was uneventful and that felt like a milestone

Three years here, mostly lurking. I’ve been in maintenance since last spring, around 61 lbs down. Yesterday my annual physical came back with no red dots: A1c 5.4, liver enzymes in range, BP 118/76. I didn’t cry in the parking lot or anything, but I sat in the car and ate a string cheese because I didn’t know what else to do. The weird part is nothing about my day changed. Same 7k walk, same black coffee, same Sunday chicken tray. I keep thinking about the thread where people said maintenance is just the same boring decisions without the scale fireworks. That landed. For those further out: did your normal labs feel anticlimactic too, or did it hit you later?
