I'm 14 weeks in, down 18-ish pounds, and not stopping anytime soon. But every other post is someone whose appetite came roaring back once they quit, and I keep trying to picture what that actually looks like day to day. As a dorm student, my protein strategy is basically tuna packets, microwave eggs, and whichever yogurt is on sale. It's cheap and it works, but I can already imagine the old graze-and-scroll evenings sneaking back if the food noise returns. Not looking for dosing talk or medical advice, just curious: for people who paused or stopped, was the hard part hunger, old habits, or the routine disappearing? I'm trying to prepare my brain, not my fridge.
