Started tirz 6 months ago at 280 lbs, now at 216. The appetite suppression kicked in around week 2 and has been consistent since. Side effects: some nausea the day after injection, occasional constipation, but manageable. Currently on 5mg and thinking about going up to 10mg. Anyone else at this stage? Curious if the jump to 10 makes a big difference.
