For what it's worth, this week I'm trying to stop grazing while I pack my two kids' lunches. I moved crackers to a high cabinet, put cut apples and cheese sticks in a clear bin, and made myself sit with coffee for 10 minutes before the bus rush.
First two mornings I still grabbed a handful of goldfish, but by Thursday I waited and ate a real breakfast. Small and boring, but it's the only mealtime thing I can control right now.
What's one tiny food rule you're trying this week?
