Acelabs: slow reply, late ship, rough packaging

A friend asked me about Acelabs (acelabs.pro) so I went through what I can find online — their catalog, the posted prices, the shipping page. Few things I'd want answered before anyone sends money. For each item in the catalog, are batch-specific COAs available before purchase? And do they list the third-party lab, the method (like HPLC/MS), and the current lot number? Then the prices — do the published ones include shipping, taxes, cold-chain packaging, or do minimum-order and payment fees get added later at checkout? Last thing: where does Acelabs actually ship from, and what carriers/service? Not saying anything's off with them. Just nothing on the site answers this stuff.

What’s current turnaround to EU? Last few posts mention delays, but I’m wondering if that’s seasonal or just normal for Acelabs. Also, do they provide tracking before it hits customs?

Anyone got a recent COA from Acelabs they can share? Not asking for anything wild, just want to see batch numbers and dates match what’s listed. The older thread screenshots are kinda stale.

Prices seem okay, but every time I check the list changes. Is there a current price sheet, or is it all DM-only now? Not a fan of guessing totals.

I’ll believe the shipping hype when I see tracking that actually moves. Too many vendors look great until the label gets created and then nothing.

Do they ship domestically or only international? And are COAs included per batch or just on request? Trying to figure out if the extra hassle is worth it.

The prices look tempting, but the lack of recent third-party tests in this thread is a yellow flag. Anyone have independent confirmation, or is it all vendor-provided PDFs?
