Acmdllc took a while and packaging was rough

Doing my usual check before a group buy, and Acmdllc (acmdllc.com) came up. Their public listings show a full product catalog, but I want details nailed down before anyone considers a lab order. Who knows what compound categories and pack sizes are actually listed, and whether batch-specific listings get maintained? Also wondering if they post third-party COAs for each lot, and if you can see those before buying, with method, lab, and date. Shipping side: terms, packaging, carrier options, dispatch timelines, and how they handle temperature-sensitive items. Pricing: how it's structured across the catalog, bulk tiers, minimums, payment methods, any listed taxes or fees. And where are they actually located and operated? What business and contact details can I verify publicly? If you've ordered or looked into them, drop what you know.

Anyone know if they ship internationally, and what's typical transit time? Do they provide tracking? Thinking of placing a small first order, but I want clear terms before sending anything.

COAs on a site mean nothing unless they're from a real lab with batch numbers you can verify. Has anyone confirmed a recent batch independently? Not trying to be negative, just cautious.

What's the current minimum for free shipping? Their price list looks okay, but shipping might kill small orders. Anyone ordered recently and can share the total landed cost?

I'm here for the lab reports and the theatrics. Mostly the drama.

Watching this. Interested to see if recent orders actually land and if support answers before payment. Popcorn ready.

Do they include COAs in the package or only by email? And is packaging discreet? I don't need a neon sign on my porch.

New account, first post defending the vendor? That's not suspicious at all. Maybe share a timestamped, redacted pack shot instead of vibes.

If prices are that low, I'd want to see HPLC for the exact batch. Cheap plus vague COA is a no from me until someone posts independent testing.

I keep a simple log of order date, batch number, and package condition, along with my weekly averages for weight and sleep. That has helped me notice when a restock seems different, even if the label looks the same. For group buys, my main question would be whether their batch-specific pages are archived or just removed once sold out. If they disappear, there is no way to cross-check later. Has anyone seen an older lot page still accessible after it went out of stock?

I’ve been watching their SKU/pack-size changes for a few months. What I’ve seen: kit sizes rotate (single vs multi), and some listings don’t show a lot number until after payment—so you can’t compare the exact stock wave before ordering

The useful signal isn’t the catalog, it’s whether old lot pages stay up. If a COA URL gets recycled or the lot number only appears post-purchase, that’s not maintenance. I track listing URL, lot ID, COA filename/hash, and whether prior versions are archived. Anyone know if they keep a public lot archive, or is it just the current PDF?

I’m late to this one, but the detail I’d want is whether their lot numbers actually match inside and out. I’ve had boxes where the outer carton said one lot and the little inner vials were stamped different—made me send the whole thing back. Also, do they include a temp indicator or desiccant? Our UPS guy leaves stuff on the porch in July, so that matters more to me than a shiny

Same, I screenshot lot pages before snack-drawer chaos eats my brain.

late to the party but op said packaging was rough — did anything actually get crushed or just dinged up? i log arrival condition in a notes app cause i've had boxes show up looking like they went through a wood chipper and the contents were fine, but once a crushed corner meant a broken seal. also does their tracking update automatically or do you gotta email them? that's usually where group buys stall out.

following, because I’m in maintenance and my group-buy filter is boring: does the catalog actually show unit counts per pack, or just vague “kit” photos? If I can’t see 1/5/10-pack options in a stable table, I assume it isn’t maintained. On the rough packaging, was there an internal secondary seal or desiccant, or did it rattle around loose? That matters more to me than outer box dents. Also, are categories separated by form, or all dumped under one banner?

There was a whole thread on this last spring: first carrier scan origin tells you more than the storefront. I got lazy on a 2022 buy and only noticed the label said one state while tracking started overseas; now my spreadsheet has columns for origin scan, inner seal, and whether the cold pack was still cool. Does acmdllc publish where they ship from before payment, or is that an ask-after-invoice thing? That’s my make-or-break lately.

Cafe owner here, so my tracking is a dry-erase board by the espresso machine — if it’s not written down, the day-old pastries win. For this vendor, I’d want to know whether those batch listings show a manufacture date or just a best-by, and if the COA link stays live after a few months. Rough packaging I can live with; stale lot info I can’t. Anyone actually seen a recent lot page update, or is it all old screenshots?

Rough packaging makes me nervous too — I open on the porch with a box cutter and a prayer 😅

Hi, total newbie here, week one and still figuring out what’s normal. I’m not even sorting categories yet — I just screenshot the listing, lot number, and any COA link the day I look, because my anxiety brain forgets by morning. Sharp follow-up for anyone who’s ordered: when a batch sells out, does the old COA stay archived, or does the same page just get recycled with new photos? That’s the part I can’t tell from the public site. Thanks for asking this, OP.

Between school runs and snack-drawer negotiations, I don’t have bandwidth for mystery batches. I keep a kitchen clipboard: order date, batch/lot, where I stashed it, and a 30-day “recheck listing” reminder. If there’s no last-updated date or current batch docs, I treat it like expired yogurt. Sharp question: does Acmdllc archive old batch pages or just swap them silently? That’s what I’d want nailed down before a group buy.

My spreadsheet has a tab called “sketchy packaging” and it’s getting full.

No current batch records, no order—packaging alone already flunks QA.

Not trying to pile on, but what I’d want nailed down before a group buy is whether the listed pack sizes are what actually ships. I got burned once when a “month” order arrived as two smaller boxes from different suppliers—insurance didn’t care, but my tracking notebook sure did. Now I snap a pic of the label and outer box before opening, just so I can compare later. Has anyone actually gotten a

One thing I’d add to the checklist: ask whether each listing shows a lot number that actually matches a dated third-party COA, not just a generic purity PDF. I keep a simple notes-app log of lot, date received, and any side effects—if the lot changes but the COA doesn’t, my tracking is useless. Also, do they publish storage/shipping temp ranges? That’s usually where budget ops get vague.
