For each catalog product, are batch-specific COAs available before checkout, and do they include HPLC/MS, purity, and testing lab details? Are published prices current, inclusive of taxes/fees, and do bulk or custom quantities follow the same listed pricing? What are the typical dispatch origins, packaging, carrier options, and estimated delivery windows for domestic vs. international orders? Does the site state a physical location or business registration, and can it be verified independently? How are shipping restrictions, customs risks, and reshipment/refund policies handled if a package is delayed or seized? Not trying to trash them—just comparing.
