Shipping terms matter too: origin, carriers, regions served, packaging, tracking, expected transit times. Pricing structure — minimum orders, listed vs. final cost, accepted payment methods. And where are they physically located? Is there a verifiable business registration, license, or California address on record? If you've got real details, share them. Not evaluating this one until I see something checkable.
