Checking Pepdose menu and what's new in stock

A friend asked me about Pepdose (pepdose.com), so I’m trying to compare them against other suppliers. For lab buyers comparing posted prices and vendor practices: are the published prices per vial, per kit, or per milligram, and do they include cold-chain shipping, insurance, or handling fees? Does each lot come with a batch-specific third-party COA showing purity method, lab name, test date, and matching lot number? What’s the current product catalog, and are there minimum order quantities, stock limits, or restricted destinations? Where is Pepdose based and where do orders ship from, plus typical transit times and packaging? What payment methods, order tracking, and documentation are provided for institutional or research reimbursement? That’s what I’m trying to pin down before comparing.

Okay so I'm finally pulling the trigger on a first order and trying to figure out what

Has anyone received a recent COA that matches the batch number on the vial? I’m curious if they update them or just recycle an old PDF.

Prices look okay, but the minimum order always gets me. Is there a domestic option, or is everything from overseas with the usual wait?

I’ve seen three different Pepdose sites floating around. Which one is actually current? The others look like copy-paste jobs.

Following this thread like it’s a tracking number that actually updates.

Watching. Need to see a few more recent order reviews before I even think about checkout.

How’s packaging on international orders? Plain box, no rattling, no ‘supplement sample’ nonsense? Just curious what people are seeing.

Do they batch-test every lot or only when someone asks? Also, is the price per kit or per vial? Site isn’t clear.

Same—week one and already conused by vial vs kit pricing lol.

I’m a daily weigher and trend-line person, so I try to compare vendors the same way: landed cost after every fee, not the sticker. Sharp Q for anyone past checkout: does the cold-chain charge show up per order or per kit, and are insurance/signature optional or bundled? Those add-ons are what usually blow up my spreadsheet. Also, if summer shipping routes change, does the quote change too? I can ignore a one-day scale spike, but surprise handling fees are harder to trend-line away lol.

I’m trying to compare based on what is visible before ordering, not after. A specific question I have: does Pepdose list the current lot number, the matching COA date, and any retest or expiry date directly on the product page? For me, that matters more than a generic certificate. I

I’d ask for the actual COA’s “net peptide content” number, not just purity. A lot can show 99% purity and still be underfilled by 5–10%, which wrecks my cost-per-mg column. For my own log, I weigh daily and track a 7-day rolling average, so consistent fill matters more than sticker price. Also: are cold packs included or a line-item fee? Ambient shipping in summer would nuke my cost comparison after one bad arrival. If they won’t post a redacted lot COA before checkout, I just move on.

Budget dorm rat here—my mini fridge is 90% hot sauce and one tragic ice pack. My add: ask for a dummy invoice/screenshot before paying, itemized to show shipping, cold-chain, insurance, and any card/signature fee, then compare total lnded cost per mg. Otherwise “cheap” vial price is meaningless. Sharp follow-up: does the COA lot number match the label on the exact vial/kit they’d ship, or is it just a recent generic COA? If they won’t confirm lot-match in writing pre-order, I’m out.
