Giving Core Labs AU (corelabsau.com) a skeptical first look. Public listings show an Australian location, a product catalog, shipping info, and three products, but I'm not fully convinced yet. Before anyone orders, can members clarify a few pre-order details? Which three products are actually listed right now—are they restocked regularly or made to order? What COA paperwork comes per batch/lot, are third-party lab reports available, and which analytical methods (HPLC, GC-MS, etc.) are shown? Where in Australia do they ship from exactly, what carriers and delivery timeframes, and is tracking included? Also, how is shipping priced for domestic and international orders, and are there any packaging or cold-chain requirements?

What’s the current turnaround to AU metro vs regional? Do you send tracking same day, and is there a cutoff time? Also, any recent COAs for the current batch, or are those only on request?

Not trying to stir the pot, but the last few 'COA coming soon' posts never materialized. If you’ve got third-party lab PDFs, post them with batch numbers. Otherwise I’ll stay skeptical and keep watching.

Any rough price tiers for bulk vs single? I’m comparing a few AU vendors and don’t want to DM just for a basic list. If pricing is public, link it; if not, say so.

Watching this. Haven’t ordered yet, but I want to see how shipping and COA requests are handled before I bother.
