Curious about Freedom Health's menu and any new additions

Looking at Freedom Health and I've got questions before I'd send anyone money. Which catalog products actually have Janoshik COAs, and are those batch-specific and tied to the exact lot that ships? I only see one COA in the public listings, so how often do new Janoshik reports get added, and can you request the COA for your batch before paying? Also, what's shipping look like for non-Canadian addresses? Is Canada-only a hard limit, or are there international options with tracking and customs disclosures? Do your prices include shipping, and is there any plan for bulk or volume discount tiers on larger research quantities? Last thing: does "Made in Canada" cover everything in the catalog or just certain product lines, and are the synthesis and filling locations documented anywhere?

Watching this. Anyone got a recent order timeline? Curious if shipping is still 2–3 weeks domestic.

Do they post batch-specific COAs, or just one generic PDF? That’s usually my first check before I even look at prices.

Prices seem up since the last thread. Did anyone get a current list, or is it still email-only? Just comparing, not asking for a handout.

New account, first post, super positive review. Not saying anything, just noting the pattern. Waiting for more receipts.

Freedom Health sounds like a gym that charges you to cancel. I’m only here for the shipping updates.

Anyone know if they ship EU without weird customs drama? Also, do they include tracking or is it ‘trust me bro’?

COA from which lab? That’s the whole question. A logo on a PDF isn’t the same as a verifiable report.

Bookmarked. Mostly for the COAs and price drama, but also because this thread is moving fast.

If the COA doesn’t match the lot that ships, it’s just decorative PDF art to me.

Same, if the COA doesn’t match my lot it’s just fancy PDF art for the snack drawer 😂

Batch-matched or bust—my data brain won’t accept decorative PDFs either 😅

Do they publish retests or failed Janoshik results, or only the clean ones? That’s usually my tell. I track my own stuff in a notes app—sleep, workouts, hunger—so I’m not anti-data, but a COA without method details (HPLC/LC-MS, sample receipt date,

same, if it ain’t my actual lot it’s just wallpaper to me lol

I’m in plateau purgatory too, so I’ve gtten annoyingly picky about variables. New question: for any new menu additions, do they post the batch COA before it’s purchasable, or only after? And does the Janoshik report include fill volume/concentration plus the stopper lot, or just purity? P

Do new menu additions get tested before they’re listed, or do they go up first and get a report later? That’s what I’d want to know before sending anyone money. I’m in maintenance now, so I’ve traded urgency for predictability—same weigh-in day, protein-forward breakfast, daily walk, and I only change one variable at a time. A vendor’s testing cadence should feel the same: clear and boring. If a new item lands without any Janoshik info at launch, I’m fine waiting a cycle.

Random but practical ask: when they add something new, do they archive COAs for old/discontinued menu items? I keep a Notes app list with what I bought, lot, and open date—mostly because my kids rearrange the snack drawer like it’s their job. If old reports vanish, I can’t compare when I reorder. Also, do new additions launch with the same lot-number format, or does that change? Not trying to be a lab nerd, just tired of playing detective with tiny vials while someone yells for Goldfish.

Slightly different angle: is the lot number printed on the actual vial, or just the invoice? If it’s not on the vial, matching it to any COA is guesswork. Also, do the Janoshik reports show method (HPLC/LC-MS) and analysis date, or just a pass/fail graphic? I keep a tiny spreadsheet for my own variables, and “a COA exists somewhere” is not a variable. That’s the only version I’d count.

I’ve been logging their menu changes for a couple months. New items usually pop up on the site before the Janoshik link does—I saw one added on a Tuesday and the COA showed up the following Monday. Shipping didn’t seem affected, still ~3 days to label. Sharp follow-up: does their “in stock” actually reflect current lots, or is it just a toggle until they update the inventory page? I’d rather know that than chase a COA that’s already stale.

The missing piece for me is whether the Janoshik sample ID is actually cross-linked to their internal lot, or if they just test a representative batch and attach it later. I keep a dumb inventory sheet: order date, invoice lot, vial label photo, COA link, and flag any mismatch. If the lot only lives on the invoice, that’s a paperwork chain, not a product chain. Sharp ask: can they show one redacted example where invoice lot, vial label, and Janoshik report all agree?

I keep a batch log: menu item, order date, vial lot, cap color, Janoshik sample ID, and test date. The piece I’d want before paying is whether the report includes the full chromatogram/method (HPLC vs LC-MS) and the sample submission date, not just a purity number. Also, is the sample vendor-submitted or pulled from stock? That changes how much weight I’d give

I always ask for the batch COA before paying too; if they hesitate, that's my answer.

I’ve been in maintenance a while, so my bar is boring: everything has to match. One thing I started doing is asking for a photo of the actual vial label—lot, cap color, fill date—next to the Janoshik report before I pay. If the report only lists a sample ID and the vial doesn’t show a matching lot, it’s useless to me. Also worth asking whether the sample was the finished vial or raw powder. That distinction changed who I’d consider.

late-night thought: the coa question i'd ask is whether the janoshik sample was a finished vial or raw powder. if it's raw, it doesn't really tell you the shipped lot, even if the sample id lines up. i've started noting that in my notes alongside soda-swap tial dates, and it's wild how many listings get vague there. also: when freedom adds new menu items, do they launch with a janoshik report same day, or is it "coa coming soon" for a few weeks? that's the part that'd decide if i wait or skip.

If they hesitate on a lot-specific COA, that’s the data point I need.

Welcome—also brand new and still learning the lingo. One thing I’d want to know: when they add a new item to the menu, does the COA go up at launch, or only after someone asks? And do the vials have a lot number printed that can be matched to the report, or just a generic batch? I’ve started a boring little note on my phone with order date, lot, and how I’m sleeping/energy, mostly so I have my own timeline. Following to see if anyone’s seen a newer report.

I keep a tab for “COA-to-ship lag”: Janoshik sample date vs. the date my box label was printed. If that gap is >30 days, I treat the report as historical, not lot evidence. Sharp question for the new menu items: are any listed as pre-order before their own Janoshik report exists, or does the COA go live on the product page the same day the SKU does? Also, do they redact the sample ID? If yes, that kills my cross

tbh night shift here. New angle: ask if the COA has a Janoshik verification link or QR that matches the lot printed on the vial, not just a PDF. I keep a note with lot + report URL. If it's just an image with no way to verify, that's a no from me. Also: do they charge a restocking fee if you cancel after they refuse to send the lot COA pre-payment? That tells you how confident they are.
