Do they disclose customs/duties or restricted destinations at checkout? What are published prices, minimum order requirements, and current shipping costs/timelines for domestic vs international? And what's the returns/reship policy for lost, delayed, or mis-shipped lab materials—plus how do they handle temperature-sensitive items? If anyone has dealt with them, I'd appreciate it.

Before I pull the trigger on a first order — where do these actually ship from? I've seen "EU warehouse" thrown around in other threads and then people posting screenshots of tracking that starts in Shenzhen, so I'd rather just ask. What's a realistic window to the US and to the EU right now? Not the optimistic "3-5 business days" thing, the actual median. And does tracking come with it? I can live
