Benchchem (benchchem.com) keeps popping up on my radar and there's basically no public info on them, so I'm poking around before I go any further. If anyone has research, QC, or procurement experience with them, help me out: What categories or chemicals do they actually stock or list? Are they a manufacturer, a distributor, or a reseller? And can anyone actually confirm any of that? Not trying to dunk on them. I just don't like guessing at who I'm dealing with, and I'd rather hear it from people who've dealt with them. Anything you've got, I'll take it.

Do they send batch-specific COAs from a third-party lab, or just generic in-house sheets? That's my main hang-up.

What shipping carrier do they use? Is tracking reliable, or does it ghost for a week then appear?

Do they take crypto? And what's the minimum order for a test pack? Trying to gauge entry cost.
