Glow Aminos COAs: batch numbers or just vibes

Glow Aminos' prices caught my eye, so I've been comparing them against other suppliers. glowaminos.com only lists four products. Are all four actually in stock, and do they show batch/lot numbers for each before checkout? Public listings mention COA documents—are those third-party, per-batch COAs right on the product pages, or only if you request them? For a US-based vendor, what's the shipping origin, average handling time, and do they specify tracking plus cold-chain or ambient conditions? Do published prices include shipping, taxes, or any minimum-order thresholds, and how often are they updated? Also, as a US-located vendor, what's the stated business address, and what's the return/replacement policy if a COA or product fails identity/purity checks?

Curious about shipping times to the EU. Do you handle customs paperwork, or is it on the buyer? Also, is the COA per batch or just one generic PDF?

Prices seem higher than similar vendors. Is there a current discount code, or is the listed price final? Not trying to be cheap, just comparing options.

I’ll be watching this thread. Not buying yet, but curious if anyone posts a recent COA with a visible lab name and test date.

COAs are meaningless if the lab name is blurred. Do you have the original PDFs, or only screenshots with half the page cropped?

Any idea if orders ship same day? I’m not in a rush, but seeing “processing” for a week gets old fast.

The site says research use only, but the FAQ sounds like a wellness blog. Which is it? Asking for a friend with a credit card.

Do you offer tracked shipping, and what carrier? Last vendor used pigeon mail, apparently, because tracking never moved.

Price per vial? Minimum order? COA included? Shipping flat or calculated? I have questions, and apparently a spreadsheet.

If the COA isn't tied to the lot number printed on the vial, it's just a PDF. I'd ask whether the site lets you enter or view the specific lot before checkout, and whether tat COA shows independent lab, HPLC/MS, endotoxin, and date of analysis. I keep a simple log of lot # + date received for my own tracking; without that match

If the COA isn’t lot-matched it’s just PDF fanfic, in the trials.

For what it's worth, quick add: do the COAs show fill volume or just purity? I’m on the road constantly and track lots in a notes app—hotel fridge, cooler, etc.—and without fill volume the price-per-mg math gets apples/oranges. Also, does the batch number show up on the invoice after payment, or only on the vial? That’s the bit that bites me when I’m reconciling receipts from three airports later.

I’m too broke to gamble on PDFs. My only add: does the COA show the actual test date and the lab’s name/address, or just a fancy logo? I’ve seen ones with purity numbers but test dates that predate the batch by months, which feels like dorm-fridge leftovers. Also, is there a QR code or verification portal to confirm it, or do you have to emal support every time? If I’m rationing ramen, I’m not chasing COAs manually.

late-night cart test: all four added for me, but no stock count and no lot field until after payment info. that’s the part i care about—does the confirmation email list the same lot that eventually shows on the vial, or only the label after arrival? if it’s post-arrival only, comparing documents feels kinda moot. also do the pages ever flip to sold out, or is it permanent “add to cart” vibes? anyone actually got a lot # in writing before paying?
