Been bouncing between a few vendor sites and Bioinfinitylab (bioinfinitylab.com) is the one I keep circling back to, mostly off what I can find online — catalog, posted prices, shipping page, COAs. Couple things I can't pin down before I'd order: Does every catalog item have a batch-specific COA available before ordering, with traceable lot numbers and the test methods listed? Are the prices current, per-unit, and do they already include shipping, customs, or cold-chain surcharges? For domestic vs international, what shipping options, lead times, and packaging standards are documented, especially for temperature-sensitive stuff? Where are they legally located, and which entity actually handles orders, payments, and support after the sale? And are the COAs from an independent third-party lab — can a buyer request raw QC data like HPLC/MS for a specific lot? Anyone here actually ordered from them?

What’s the typical shipping timeline to the US? Do they provide tracking, and is packaging discreet? Also, do they ship from domestic or overseas? Just trying to gauge before I consider a small order.

Has anyone received a recent COA with third-party testing? I’d like to see batch numbers and dates before ordering. Do they update COAs per batch, or is it a generic PDF? Thanks.

Their website says 'bioinfinity' but my tracking number says 'bio-forever-pending.' Hopefully that’s just a glitch.

Do they combine shipping for multiple items, or is it per vial? Also, is there a price break at a certain quantity? Trying to compare total cost before checking out.

If someone orders soon, please post the COA and a redacted packing slip. I’m not accusing anyone, but I’ve been burned by vendors with pretty websites and zero lab paperwork.

Not a shipping-time answer, but the gap in every unboxing I’ve seen: does the lot number on the COA match a batch/lot printed on the vial or outer box, not just the product name? I log order-to-label, label-to-first-scan, and first-scan-to-delivery in a sheet. My last three non-this-vendor orders had a 2–5 day label lag. For Bioinfinity, has anyone seen an actual origin scan city/state, or just “label created” for days? That tells me more than the posted shipping window.

For those who’ve ordered: does the tracking show a domestic origin or an overseas hub? That’s usually my tell for whether the listed shipping window is realistic. Also curious if they use insulated mailers or just bubble packs, since heat exposure during transit would make me question stability regardless of COA. I lift 4x/week and care more about consistency than shortcuts, so I’d rather wait for a clean batch than gamble on a rushed one.

One thing I haven't seen answered: is the exact lot visible at checkout before you pay, or do you only get the COA/lot in the post-order email? I keep a low-key log of batch/lot + first-use date next to sleep and appetite notes, so I’d want to know before checkout whether I can match it. If anyone has ordered, did your confirmation show that or just a generic order number? Gentle ask — no pressure.
