Planning an order soon and trying to compare suppliers, so Grey Axis Research (US, 12 listed products) is on my list before I commit to any lab order. For those 12 products, do they post current catalog specs, quantities, and stock status, and how often is that updated? What's their COA setup—are lot-specific third-party COAs available for each product before purchase, with method/instrument details? Since they're US-based, where do domestic shipments originate, what carriers/service levels, and what are typical dispatch/transit times? How are research materials packaged for transit—temperature control, tamper evidence, and what documentation is included? And is pricing public per unit, including shipping, bulk tiers, any minimum order, and payment methods? Just trying to figure out if they're worth it vs others.

Anyone know if they ship domestically or only international? Also, do they provide tracking within 48h? I’m comparing a few vendors and Grey Axis keeps popping up. Not asking for anything medical, just logistics.

Do the COAs come from an accredited third party, and are batch numbers matched to vials? I’ve seen some vendors post generic docs. Curious if Grey Axis updates theirs per lot.

Prices look decent, but the minimum order feels high for a first-time buyer. Anyone know if they do smaller sample packs or is it bulk only? Just trying to gauge value.
