Need recent Iron Labs order feedback from folks

Checking on Iron Labs (ironlabs.com) before a group buy — public listings show one COA verification, 6 products, US based. Anyone actually order from them? Which six products are live right now, and are the COAs batch-specific per lot or just a generic compound one? That single verification — does it even line up with what's currently in stock, and will they hand over the actual lab report with date and method if you ask? Also: where do US shipments originate, which carriers, how long to pack, and how do they handle temp-sensitive stuff? Is the price all-in or are shipping, cold packs, and signature fees tacked on? Are bulk/wholesale tiers written down anywhere? And which state are they registered and shipping from — can anyone confirm the business name and address?

Do they ship domestic only, or international too? What’s typical turnaround from order to tracking? I’m mainly watching before committing, but shipping speed is usually where these vendors fall apart.

Has anyone matched the COA batch numbers to the actual vials? Every vendor claims third-party tested, but I want lab name, test date, and a clear photo. Otherwise it’s just PDF theater.

Prices look mid-tier to me. Is there a minimum order or free shipping threshold? Not trying to haggle, just comparing against the usual suspects before I bite.

New account, one glowing review, zero post history. Not saying scam, but I’ve seen this movie and the sequel was worse. Watching for now.

Iron Labs sounds like a gym chain. Do they at least throw in a free shaker cup and a sticker with tracking?

Watching this thread. Curious if tracking actually updates or if it’s the classic label created, wait three weeks, then ask support routine.

Any recent COAs posted anywhere? Also, is packaging discreet? Those are my two dealbreakers before I’d even consider a small test order.

Cheap, fast, and properly documented—pick two. If anyone has the current price list and realistic ship times, drop them here.

No Iron Labs tea, but every hotel front desk has watched me stalk a tracking page stuck on “label created.”

Lot-specific COAs or it's a no from me too.

I emailed them at 3am after a shift and got nothing back for 48 hours. That’s my real test. Also: are they shipping from a US warehouse or drop-shipping? If it’s drop-ship, lot tracing usually falls apart. Not asking for prices. Just whether the lot number printed on the vial matches the date/PDF you can pull up. If that doesn’t line up, I’m out. Night-shift brain wants receipts, not vibes.

New angle: what carrier and release options do they use? I’m in airports 3 days a week, so signature-required delivery is useless unless I can reroute to a FedEx Office or a hotel that actually accepts guest packages. Also, does the box have a temp indicator or just ice packs? If I land at 11pm and it’s been on a truck since 8am, that’s my real COA—thermal, not PDF. Anyone seen the actual outer packaging?

Before a group buy, I’d want to know payment rails: credit card vs Zelle/crypto. If it’s irreversible, the group buy risk sits on the organizer. Also, does that single COA verification link to the lab’s portal with a sample receipt date, or just a PDF image? I keep my own med batch log and only count third-party portal confirmations. No portal, no group buy for me.

Same boat. I wait for lot-specific COAs before any group buy — got burned once and now I'm patient.

My gating item isn’t the compound, it’s lot traceability: does the COA carry the same lot # printed on the vial/cap, plus test date and chromatogram, or just a compound-level PDF? I keep a spreadsheet—date, weight trend, batch #, order #—and if those columns don’t reconcile, group buy is a hard pass. Also, for a multi-person order: one box to the organizer or split tracking? That’s where these things usually become a logistics problem.

i’ve done a few group buys here, and my gating item now is fulfillment logistics, not the paperwork. Do they ship one bulk box to the organizer, or can they split to individual addresses? If it’

Tbh i haven’t ordered from them, but I’d add one check before a group buy: whether the COA is issued to the finished

I got burned once too; now I ask for the lot number on the COA before I even consider it.

I run a cafe, so I’m around food all day and try to keep variables low. Before a group buy, I’d want to know if the COA has a recent test date — say within 6 months — not just a matching lot. An old lab date on current stock screams “sat in a warehouse.” Also, do they take a normal credit card/PayPal, or only crypto/Zelle? That’s my real recourse check if the order goes sideways. Has anyone who actually ordered seen fresh test dates or the payment options?

Hi everyone, sorry if this is a silly question—first week here. I’m not in a group buy yet, just trying to learn. For anyone who’s ordered: does Iron Labs put the lot number directly on each item/box, or only on the packing slip? I keep a tiny note on my phone with order date, lot, and how I’m sleeping/energy because I’m trying to keep variables low. If the lot isn’t on the item itself, that would make it hard for me to match anything later. Thanks so much.

I lift 4x/week and track protein/sleep/strength, so I care less about the badge and more about whether the COA links to the lab’s own portal and shows a sample date. I’ve seen “verified” PDFs that were real but months older than the batch being sold. Does Iron Labs’ current stock show a test/sample date and lab accreditation per product, or is there just one generic verification that may not even match what’s shipping? That would decide whether I’d split an order with friends.

Cafe brain here: I ask for a lot-specific COA befre any group buy, no exceptions 😅

Not a customer, but I nerd out on COAs. In the trials I’ve read, method and documentation matter more than a badge. Does the verification page list lab, accreditation, assay method, and test date—or just pass/fail? I keep a dumb spreadsheet: lot, date opened
